What to do if your phone is stolen in Nairobi/Kenya
If you lose your device, the first 24 hours are critical. You must block your M-PESA and SIM card with Safaricom, Airtel, or Telkom immediately.
Visit a police station to obtain an OB Number and Police Abstract.
