We collect device identifiers (IMEI, Serial Number) and contact information (Email, Phone) solely for the purpose of maintaining a searchable registry and facilitating the return of lost property.

2. Public Data

By registering a device as "Lost" or "Stolen", you explicitly consent to the public display of the device's technical details (Brand, Model, Masked IMEI) to aid in identification. Your personal contact details are never displayed publicly; we facilitate anonymous communication via our secure relay system.

3. Data Retention

We retain device records indefinitely to ensure long-term protection against theft. You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by contacting support.

Terms of Service

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LostPhoneKE only for lawful purposes. You must not register devices that do not belong to you or use the platform to harass others.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

LostPhoneKE is a community-driven database. We do not guarantee the recovery of any device. We are not a law enforcement agency. All transactions on the Marketplace are between the buyer and seller; LostPhoneKE assumes no liability for disputes.

3. Marketplace Rules

Sellers must be verified businesses. All devices listed must be physically in stock and legally owned. We reserve the right to ban any seller found dealing in stolen property.
